Your application

Have you found the right job opening on our career portal and submitted your application through the applicant portal or by e-mail? You will receive an e-mail notification confirming we have received your documents.

The review process

Once your application has been received, our HR department will review your materials. We may ask you to submit any missing documentation. Your complete application will then be sent to the appropriate business department for review.

The interview

Once your application has been reviewed by the appropriate business department, we may invite you to participate in an interview. Both the business department and the HR department generally participate in the interview. We may get to know one another either virtually or in person at our office. A second interview may be held to clarify further details.

The offer

If the interview has convinced both you and us that we are a good fit, we will make an offer. Details will be discussed between you and the business department.

The “start day”

On your first day of work, you and all other new employees will be invited to participate in our “start day”. You will receive detailed information about msg services ag, get to know the processes, IT tools, colleagues and contacts important to your daily work. You will also receive any necessary hardware. This facilitates your start with our company and ensures you are part of our team from the very start.
