As a trained IT system sales professional, I spent years going from company to company, working with different core IT competences. It was not until I joined msg services ag in 2014 that I found my place in the working world.
My first assignment was to assist other sales colleagues, which allowed me to get to know the company and the workflows very well. Moreover, my previous jobs had left me with certain impressions and I was able to use those to highlight different features and modify workflows in my new role.
Then, once I was assigned customer responsibilities, I gained access to the support provided by msg services, which was always available to help me master my new tasks. Existing structures were broken down and modified, which laid the perfect basis for me to do my best work.
Since 2018, two of my colleagues and I have been supporting major customers of msg services. We are the first point of contact for them and all their concerns. Whether changes, continued developments or new topics, we support our customers on their journey.
I am also part of internal projects focused on optimizing our sales processes and workflows. I really enjoy my work and appreciate that msg services adapts the work environment to the employee and not the other way around. The result is great performance, happy employees and, consequently, satisfied customers.
